This ticket allows you to join a private tour and discover everything about Valpolicella and DOP olive oils.
You will walk in the Olive Garden listening to the stories of the family who manages the estate. You will see the traditional secret room where the oil is collected and have a visit to the authentic ancient cellar.
You will learn how extra virgin olive oil is produced and how to read and recognize an original label of Italian oil .
Then you will participate in a tasting of Italian olive oils from different regions: Tuscany, Liguria, Puglia, Veneto and you will learn to distinguish them by sight, smell and taste.
The tasting of the oil is combined with local cheeses called Salame del Monte Veronese (different seasoning) from Valpolicella and fresh bread S. Anna.
Enjoy your visit on the splendid terrace with a unique view of the Valpolicella hills.
